1. Service Description

We provide AI-powered transcription, analysis, and productivity tools. Features and usage limits depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

• You must sign in using Google or Microsoft.
• You are responsible for your account activity.
• You must provide accurate information.
• We may suspend accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer:

• Free plan
• Pro Monthly plan
• Pro Annual plan

Usage limits vary per plan and may change over time.

4. Billing & Payments

If you choose a paid plan:

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically.
• Billing occurs in advance.
• Annual plans may include promotional discounts (e.g., 20% off).

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• After expiration, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
• You may upgrade again at any time.
• Annual to monthly downgrades take effect at the end of the current annual period.

6. Failed Payments

• We may retry payment.
• Access may be limited until payment succeeds.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• 48-hour satisfaction guarantee: If you subscribed within the last 48 hours and have not meaningfully used the service (fewer than 5 AI calls or 2 minutes of transcription), you may request a full refund from your dashboard.
• Where required by applicable law (including UK consumer rights legislation).

To request a refund outside these conditions, contact support@safalsolutions.co.uk. We handle exceptional cases at our discretion.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to:

• Generate illegal content
• Harass others
• Spam or abuse AI systems
• Violate intellectual property laws

We may suspend accounts for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and branding remain our property. You retain ownership of content you upload.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for loss of data, indirect damages, or business interruption.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

11. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service means acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be anonymised immediately.
• Any active subscription will be cancelled without refund.
• Billing and usage records are retained for up to 6 years as required by UK law.
• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
